Purchasing Agreement

1. A $20 service fee will be applied for any packages that are returned to sender or refused upon delivery, and you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
2. All sales of ammunition, including both newly manufactured and remanufactured products, are final. This also applies to all bullet sales.
3. We ship orders to addresses both within the U.S. and internationally.
4. You understand that handling, discharging, or cleaning ammunition and firearms may expose you to lead, and you agree to hold blackhorn209ammory harmless, assuming full responsibility for any such exposure.
5. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all laws regarding the sale and transfer of ammunition. The list provided may not encompass all restricted areas.
6. If you reside in an apartment, we recommend having your order delivered to the main office or property manager’s office. Freedom Munitions is not liable for lost or stolen ammunition. Please ensure you provide your apartment number.
