Return Material Authorization (RMA)
All warranty returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned before being accepted at our facility for further examination. Please do not send any merchandise without first obtaining an RMA number from our Customer Service team.

Ammunition Shipping Requirements
Ammunition must be shipped in accordance with specific regulations. Bulk ammunition that is not in its original factory packaging or loose ammunition in an ammo can is not an acceptable method of transport according to DOT regulations and our carrier, UPS. Additionally, UPS will not allow ammunition to be shipped to any state or territory where we cannot deliver merchandise via UPS ground service. Due to the hazardous nature of ammunition, returns are not permitted.

Non-Ammunition Returns
Non-ammunition returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, provided the items are in original new condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all relevant paperwork. Refunds or store credits will be issued, minus a 35% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service.

Returns submitted after 90 days will not be accepted.

Warranty Information
All ammunition from Blackhorn209 Ammory is warranted against material and workmanship defects. If any ammunition is found to be defective due to these issues, Ammo Shop will replace the defective items at no charge to the customer.

All ammunition warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and must have an RMA number assigned before acceptance at our facility. Ammunition arriving at our warehouse without its original factory packaging, complete with LOT # and RMA #, will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Improper storage and handling of ammunition may cause product damage. Evidence of exposure, corrosion, or any other signs of damage occurring after the product was sold will void any warranties.
  • A $200 insurance fee is required for all first-time purchases to mitigate unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process. This fee is fully refundable upon successful delivery.
